Here is a list of measurements we take on every Athlete we work with:

40 Yard Dash

250 Meter Row Time

500 Meter Row Time

Max Pushups (1 Minute)

Max Situps (1 Minute)

Max Pull Ups (1 Minute)

Max Single Rope Jumps (1 Minute)

Max Plyo Box Steps (1 Minute)

Max Air Squats (1 Minute)

Vertical Jump

Broad Jump
